TREATMENTS
01
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
An effective hands-on technique that eases tension in the fascial tissue to reduce pain and improve mobility. It involves applying gentle and sustained pressure to the fascia until it releases—likened to butter melting.
02
DRY NEEDLING
A technique in which a very thin, “dry” needle (one that does not have medication or injection) is inserted into areas of the muscle to reduce myofascial pain, ease inflammation and promote healing. Most patients experience little to no discomfort from dry needling treatments.
03
CUPPING THERAPY
Involves the placement of silicone cups directly on a patient’s skin, with suction applied for several minutes to increase blood flow to the muscles/tissue. The increased circulation promotes healing and reduces pain.
04
VISCERAL MANIPULATION
A form of manual therapy that focuses on the internal organs and the potential influence they have on many structural and physiological dysfunctions. This treatment gently targets organs located in the abdomen to elicit proper internal function and, as a result, improved external function.
05
CORRECTIVE EXERCISE THERAPY
Is designed to improve a patient’s body mechanics and movement patterns to help them gain the necessary flexibility and strength to reduce injury risk and maximize performance and mobility.
