FAQ'S

Here is a list of our most frequently asked questions. If you are unable to find the answer you are looking for, feel free to call or email us so we can get you the answer you are looking for!

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

We are considered out of network with most insurance companies. This allows us to be able to spend the quality time necessary to create a comprehensive individualized plan of care for each patient who comes into our practice. We are happy to provide you with the billing documentation you will need to submit a claim to your insurance company for consideration of reimbursement for out-of-network benefits.

We do accept Medicare with a current doctor's prescription for service.

WHY IS NEXT LEVEL PT OUT-OF-NETWORK FOR MOST INSURANCE COMPANIES?

Being out-of-network allows us to provide quality care without constraints. We can treat you in the way we believe is best for you, without insurance companies dictating our every move.

In-network therapy clinics tend to see multiple patients per hour, with multiple visits per week. At Next Level PT we are one-on-one with each patient for an hour, and sometimes longer, giving us the time to provide individualized treatments, not cookie-cutter care.

The way we practice at Next Level PT allows our patients to reach their goals in less time with fewer visits.

WHY NEXT LEVEL PT?

We provide a setting where we can spend time with our patients, fully understanding their issues and goals so we can develop a treatment plan suited to them.

Not rushing. Not piggybacking. Not repetitive. We use our time with our patients wisely, with a focus on returning them to functionality – so ultimately, they can spend less time with us and more time living their lives.

Many clinics are great at getting people out of pain– but not all are focused on returning them back to the level of performance they want. Our approach is addressing the full picture, getting you out of pain, and ensuring you are moving well and properly to prevent future issues.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A VISIT?

Services range in price so please contact Next Level PT for pricing.

Payment is required at the time of service and is based on 60-minute follow-up visits and 90-minute evaluations. There are no hidden costs or extra fees and no bills after treatment.

We accept HSA/FSA payment cards, Visa/MC/Amex, and cash/check.

HOW MANY VISITS WILL I NEED?

No two bodies are created equal. The number of visits you’ll need will depend on several factors, including but not limited to the length of time you have been dealing with your problem, your overall health (including past medical history), and your level of commitment to the program that will be created for your specific needs.  On average we expect patients to begin to see/feel changes within 2 visits.

WHAT CONDITIONS DO YOU TREAT?

We treat patients who face issues due to any number of medical diagnoses, including but not limited to sports injuries, orthopedic or musculoskeletal issues, arthritis, plantar fasciitis, vestibular problems, migraines/headaches, concussions, and surgeries just to name a few.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY VISIT?

Athletic or leisurewear is ideal for physical therapy. Wearing loose, breathable clothing allows you to move freely and to perform stretches or exercises without restriction. Dressing in layers is also recommended as you may become warm while moving around but may cool off during hands-on treatment. Finally, it’s advisable to wear clothing that will allow your therapist to access the affected part of your body/treatment area quickly and easily.
