ABOUT NEXT LEVEL PT

At Next Level PT, we are all about you. Our patient-centered approach allows us to create customized treatment plans that are unique to each individual's specific needs.

We treat patients who face issues due to any number of medical diagnoses, including but not limited to sports injuries, orthopedic or musculoskeletal issues, arthritis, plantar fasciitis, vestibular problems, migraines/headaches, concussions, and surgeries just to name a few.

If you have a body that is not working properly, we can help you.

We specialize in manual therapy techniques to reduce pain and corrective exercise training to improve movement. Either of these alone will treat only half the problem...together they will get you to the next level!

OWNER & CEO
GINA CROFT, PT, DPT

Helping people live their most fulfilling lives is what drives me every day. It's what drew me to physical therapy and why I have thrived in this field for over 25 years.

I believe long-term, successful outcomes depend on treating the whole person. And so, I spend time understanding each patient's needs and goals before establishing their custom plan.

In my view, successful treatment is collaboration. It's a process that involves the therapist and the patient working together to rehab, recover, and restore.

My philosophy is simple. I am a firm believer that no one should suffer from pain and the movement problems that accompany pain. Leading an active lifestyle myself, I understand from first-hand experience the negative impact of not being able to do what you want to do. That being said, my passion is to help people recover from pain and move how the body was intended to move so they can return to the life they deserve.

Life is short...there is no need to suffer through it when we can
help YOU.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST
TRESSA KEMER, PT

I am very excited to join Next Level PT and work beside such a dedicated staff. With over 30 years of combined experience in outpatient sports medicine, geriatric rehabilitation, and acute care, I strive to impact those around me through my healthy lifestyle choices, commitment to ongoing learning and skill development, and desire to help others achieve a pain-free and fully functional, and enjoyable lifestyle.

A graduate of The Ohio State University, I rely on my passion to educate my patients, utilize my extensive knowledge of human anatomy and body movement, and use my personal health experiences to approach physical therapy in a comprehensive manner. I believe in treating the problem and not just the symptoms. With empathy for my patients at the forefront, I provide a customized rehabilitative program that uniquely treats their concerns and empowers them to make life-changing decisions that result in a healthy, pain-free lifestyle.

Outside of my professional life, I am a staunch advocate for wellness and preventive care. I incorporate my love for fitness into my daily routine, regularly participating in activities like total body strengthening, core work, boot camp, cycling, and teaching fitness classes. This personal dedication to a healthy lifestyle is reflected in how I inspire my patients to make positive, sustainable changes in their lives.

"I believe that wellness will be achieved through a cooperative team approach between patient and therapist and that ongoing positive lifestyle changes result in a progression from rehabilitation to restorative outcomes."

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
LAURA WAY, PTA

Laura is a 1998 graduate of Mercyhurst University’s PTA program. Her journey into physical therapy began after a soccer-related knee injury in her youth. Experiencing physical therapy firsthand and witnessing the incredible progress patients made, inspired her to pursue this rewarding field. After graduating, Laura began her career in Meadville, PA, at The MIND BODY Wellness Center, an outpatient physical therapy clinic. In 2003, she relocated to Ohio after getting married. In Ohio, she has primarily practiced physical therapy in long-term care facilities for over 10 years before transitioning to home health care following the birth of her son.

Laura was introduced to Next Level PT as a patient herself and was deeply impressed by the clinic’s passion, dedication, and exceptional care for their patients. Experiencing their unique hands-on approach firsthand inspired her to join the Next Level PT team. She was drawn to the clinic’s commitment to providing superb care and fostering meaningful patient progress, which she found to be both refreshing and motivational—unlike anywhere else she had worked before. Currently, Laura now applies her healthcare expertise as an administrative assistant, where her background in physical therapy provides valuable insight and a deeper understanding of patient care and medical processes.

In her free time, Laura enjoys staying active and participating in a variety of sports and outdoor activities, including gardening, water skiing, snow skiing, biking, tennis, golf, and pickleball. She also values spending quality time and traveling with her husband, son, and two-year-old dog.

"I am passionate about supporting both patients and staff to ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for everyone."

WHY OUR PATIENTS LOVE US

"I was referred to Gina at Next Level PT by a friend who said she is the best, and I can tell you myself that she is! Very knowledgeable. She listened to everything I said and watched all my movements to give her more info about how to treat me. The work she did with me has made such a huge difference coming out of major surgery. I am so thankful! I highly recommend her."
