Physical Therapy Clinic in Westlake

Back to the Life You Were Built For

We ground our one-on-one PT in science with a holistic twist to get to the root cause of pain and keep you moving.

The Difference

PT That Treats the Whole Body, Not Just the Symptom

Most PT stops at the symptom. We start there and keep going. At Next Level PT, every session combines hands-on manual therapy to reset the soft tissue and nervous system, followed by movement therapy in The Movement Studio to retrain what caused the problem.

One-on-One, Every Time

Every hour is yours — same provider, fully focused on your body’s specific needs and goals.

Reset, Then Retrain

Manual therapy resets the body and calms pain at the source. Movement therapy makes it permanent. Two phases designed to end the cycle, not extend it.

Root Cause, Not Quick Fix

The symptom and the source are rarely in the same place. We address both — so the pain stops coming back.

25 Years of Clinical Depth

Over 25 years of experience, doctoral training, and a genuine commitment to treating the whole person — not just the place it hurts.

I have problems with my neck and have been to other PT therapists without much luck. A friend recommended Next Level PT in Avon Ohio. After 4 sessions, my neck has felt better than ever. I saw Gina, who did fascia release, cupping and dry needling. I could tell the difference after rack session. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and answer any questions. I highly recommend Next Level PT.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Makes Next Level PT Different From a Regular PT Clinic?

Most PT practices focus on reducing your immediate pain and sending you home with exercises. We go further. Every session combines hands-on manual therapy — to reset the soft tissue and nervous system — with movement therapy to retrain the faulty patterns driving your pain. You’ll always work one-on-one with the same provider for the full hour. No aides, no overlap, no generic protocols.

Do You Accept Insurance?

We are a cash-based practice, which means we don't work directly with insurance companies. This allows us to provide longer appointment times (60 minutes every session), personalized 1-on-1 care, and treatment plans focused entirely on your goals...not insurance restrictions. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

I’ve Tried PT Before and It Didn’t Work. Why Would This Be Different?

The most common reason traditional PT doesn’t produce lasting results: it stops at the symptom. If no one has explained why your body keeps breaking down, the results won’t stick. Our two-phase method — manual therapy to reset the tissue and nervous system, followed by movement therapy to retrain the faulty pattern — addresses the actual source. That’s what makes the change last.

What Can I Expect From My First Visit?

Your first visit is a full 60-minute one-on-one evaluation. We’ll review your history, perform a full-body movement assessment to identify the source of your pain, and create a custom plan of care with clear explanations of what we’ll be doing and why. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your body and the next steps forward.

Do You Offer Dry Needling or Cupping?

Yes — dry needling, cupping, myofascial release, and other hands-on techniques are tools we use. But they’re part of a comprehensive process, not standalone treatments. We don’t offer single-modality visits. Every session uses whichever tools your body needs at that stage of your plan — to reset tissue, calm the nervous system, and support your movement work.
