Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the questions new patients ask most before getting started.

What Makes Next Level PT Different from Other PT Clinics?

Most PT clinics treat the spot that hurts. We treat the reason it hurts. Every session is one hour, one-on-one with a single provider — no aides, no overlapping patients, no generic exercise program handed to you on a sheet. We combine hands-on manual therapy with movement retraining in our dedicated studio because addressing only one phase rarely produces lasting change. Our goal is to get you out of pain and keep you there.

What Is the Two-Phase Method?

The two-phase method is the foundation of everything we do. Phase One — Reset — uses hands-on manual therapy to address the soft tissue, calm the nervous system, and get the body out of protective patterns. Phase Two — Retrain — uses movement therapy in The Movement Studio to rebuild faulty movement patterns and produce neurological change that lasts. Both phases work together. Treating only the pain without retraining the movement is why so many people end up back in PT.

Do You Accept Insurance?

We are a cash-based practice, which means we don't work directly with insurance companies. This allows us to provide longer appointment times (60 minutes every session), personalized 1-on-1 care, and treatment plans focused entirely on your goals...not insurance restrictions. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

What Does a Typical Session Look Like?

Every new patient starts with a free discovery call so we can hear your full story. Your first in-person session is a one-on-one evaluation — a full history, a movement assessment, and the start of your custom plan of care. Ongoing sessions combine hands-on manual therapy in our treatment rooms and movement training in The Movement Studio. One hour, one provider, fully focused on you.

What Conditions Do You Treat?

The short answer is: a lot. We work with active adults dealing with orthopedic injuries, chronic and recurring pain, post-surgical recovery, sports-related conditions, and vestibular symptoms. We also have a dedicated pelvic health physical therapist on staff for pelvic floor dysfunction, prenatal and postpartum care, and related concerns. If you're not sure whether your situation is a fit, a discovery call is the best way to find out.
