About Next Level PT
Grounded in Science with a Holistic Twist
At Next Level PT, lasting relief starts with understanding the whole picture. Not just where it hurts, but why it keeps coming back. That's the foundation of everything we do in Westlake, OH.

A Whole-Person Approach to Lasting Recovery
Founded by Dr. Gina Croft, Next Level PT was built on one belief: temporary relief is not a solution. Every patient receives a one-on-one plan built around what their body actually needs, not a cookie-cutter protocol applied to everyone.
The Principles Behind Every Plan We Build
They are the reasons patients who have seen multiple providers finally start seeing real change and the foundation on which Next Level PT was built.
One Person, One Provider, One Plan
One-on-one, one hour, every time. Your plan is built around your goals, not a protocol we hand to everyone.
We Find the Why, Not Just the Where
Pain rarely starts where it's felt. We find the real source and build your plan around that, not the surface symptom.
Better for Longer, Not Just Right Now
Lasting change, not a temporary fix. The two-phase method resets your body and retrains your movement so results hold.
Movement Is Both the Goal and the Medicine
Tissue work gets you out of pain. Movement therapy keeps you there by rebuilding the patterns your body needs to stay strong.

Dr. Gina Croft
PT, DPT
Helping people live their most fulfilling lives is why I became a physical therapist over 25 years ago. I believe successful outcomes depend on treating the whole person and understanding each patient's unique needs before building their custom plan. Treatment is a collaboration, with therapist and patient working together to rehab, recover, and restore function.
As a physical therapist, I utilize my knowledge of anatomy and physiology to approach care comprehensively, always keeping the patient's individual goals at the center of every decision. Leading an active lifestyle myself, I understand firsthand the impact of being unable to do what you love. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or working to get back to the activities that matter most to you, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine investment to your care. My passion is helping people recover from pain and move the way their body was intended to move.

I'm Chrissy Frey, a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist with a specialized focus on manual therapy, including myofascial release, to help improve pelvic health and overall well-being. With a background in neurological and orthopedic physical therapy, I bring a unique, holistic approach to treatment. My goal is to help you find lasting relief from pelvic pain, incontinence, prenatal and postnatal concerns, and other pelvic health challenges.
I use a combination of hands-on techniques and tailored exercises to address the physical and functional aspects of your condition. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or seeking preventive care, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Karissa Kraszewski
I am a graduate of Ohio University's Health Sciences and Professions program, where I earned a Bachelor of Science studying pre-physical therapy and integrative healthcare.
My goal as the clinic coordinator is to create a welcoming experience for every patient, lead discovery calls, and support our therapists to ensure that the clinic is operating as efficiently as possible. In addition to playing a key role in patient experience, I manage our social media so we can continue to connect with our community.
