I’ve been working with Brenda for 3 months now.  It’s the hardest I’ve ever worked out and the results are amazing!  Brenda knows when to encourage me, when to push me harder and has helped me realize that I am stronger mentally and physically than I ever though I was.  I love the feeling of accomplishment after every work out.  And we do something new every work out so it’s never boring.  There is always a new challenge to tackle.  I am thrilled with the results so far and can’t wait to see how much more weight I lose and stamina and strength I gain in the coming months.  Brenda, Darin and everyone at Next Level Personal Training are amazing and so knowledgeable.  If you have a fitness goal they can help you reach it.  I highly recommend Next Level Personal Training.

I was doing a workout program at home and I was doing well for the first 3 months and then I hit a plateau. My husband suggested I start going to Next Level to change up my routine. And that’s all it took to kick start my metabolism again. Trying Cross Fit training was new and extremely challenging. I was soon to be turning 50 and I wanted to be healthy and fit when I hit it. I just recently started working with Brenda, and at first I had a concern working with a female trainer. I wasn’t sure she would push me hard enough. That concern went right out the window after 5 minutes into our first workout. She understands my personal goals and sets my workouts accordingly. She changes it up every week so I’m never bored. And she increases the intensity so I’m constantly challenged. Just since starting with Brenda I have lost an additional 4 lbs and 4 total inches.
We love the one on one you get at Next Level and would recommend if you are ready to start working out that you start here!

In March 2015 I had lower back surgery for a severe herniated disc. I had always been active but after the pain and suffering I went through, I was afraid to do any type of “working out” with the fear of really hurting myself. So after a very inactive year, on January 1, 2016, I decided to make a New Year’s resolution to be healthier and stronger, as I’m sure most people tend to do. I contacted Next Level Training and it was the best thing I could have done for myself! I have been working with Brenda Amico for the past few weeks and within my 2nd week I lost 4 lbs and 3.5 inches from my hips. She has given me a meal plan, along with tons of advice and encouragement! I reach out to her with any questions I may have and she is always happy to accommodate. She has designed a training program based on my individual needs and issues (with my back). If I am ever uncomfortable performing an exercise, she will quickly modify it so I do not compromise my progress. We discuss food options and I have learned that this isn’t just a “fad diet” or a “quick workout plan”. This is a LIFESTYLE. One of which, I will take with me and use forever. It’s knowing what to eat and how to follow a better routine. It’s not easy, I won’t lie! I get my butt kicked every week. I am also not a very motivated person when it comes to working out, BUT with the encouragement & dedication I receive from the Next Level family, I feel empowered and WANT to push myself to become a better version of myself!  If you’ve been saying you’re going to join a gym but don’t know which or just haven’t come around to it yet, THIS is the one to join… TODAY! You will thank yourself in just a short time.

I started going to Next Level with the intentions of being there for a month but all of that changed with the great experience that I had with Brenda. Brenda has been a huge help with my goal to lose weight! She has always been there to guide, help, and encourage me. Within the past month, I've lost weight and inches. I highly recommend Brenda to anyone.

I’m Brenda Amico, a working  mother of 3 children.  I understand when you’re balancing a career, children, and time for yourself; life can be a three-ring circus. Throw in an attempt at maintaining physical fitness, and even an expert juggler is liable to start feeling like the clown. But there are women who’ve mastered the act.

The first step is deciding to make your personal health a non-negotiable. Exercise is not only crucial for warding off disease and preventing injury, it also improves sleep and mental health. Additionally, its Neurochemical effects boost mood and help you think better, contributing to an increase in creativity and productivity—and often, better parenting.

At the age of 40, I found out stress put my body into, the dreadful pre menopausal stage.  I knew I needed to make some life changes so I started working out and eating clean.  By making a few life style changes I was surprised how my body reacted, my night sweats diminished, my mood changed, I just felt good from head to toe.

It was a no - brainer that I needed to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Sport Nutritionist, so I can share my experience and pass along my knowledge with every woman that may been struggling with hormonal imbalance, depression, heart disease, osteoporosis, weight gain etc.

You don’t work alone we work together to make

you feel great, look great, and be great!!!!!
